Composition

active substances: 1 g of cream contains betamethasone (as dipropionate) 0.5 mg, clotrimazole 10 mg, gentamicin (as sulfate) 1 mg

excipients: mineral oil, white soft paraffin, cetostearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol cetostearyl ether, benzyl alcohol, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, phosphoric acid, sodium hydroxide, purified water.

Dosage form

Cream.

Main physicochemical properties:

a homogeneous cream of soft consistency, white or almost white, free from foreign particles.

Indications

Treatment of dermatoses sensitive to corticosteroids in the presence (or suspected presence) of bacterial and/or fungal infections caused by microorganisms susceptible to the product.

Contraindications

The product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active substances or any other component of the formulation, to other aminoglycoside antibiotics (cross-allergic reactions to gentamicin), or imidazole derivatives (cross-allergic reactions to clotrimazole). Also contraindicated in skin tuberculosis, cutaneous manifestations of syphilis, post-vaccination skin reactions, skin ulcers, acne, widespread plaque psoriasis, viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, herpes zoster), varicose veins, perioral dermatitis, rosacea, chickenpox, or other bacterial and fungal skin infections without appropriate antibacterial or antifungal treatment.

Triderm is not intended for use under occlusive dressings.

Triderm should not be applied to mucous membranes, the eyes, or the area around the eyes.

Do not use the cream for treatment of nail infections or scalp infections.
